Vendor Information

Booth Reservations

If you would like to reserve a booth, please call to verify if the booth number you want is still available. Your booth will be reserved for 2 weeks however if you fail to give us any deposit within two weeks from the day you reserved, your reservation will be canceled. Our policies will be strictly enforced so please follow instructions carefully.

If you live in Fresno County, we highly encourage you to come and apply in person. If you cannot come in person, print out the application and completely fill out the form before sending it in. Please make sure the application is in good quality and eligible handwriting or print. Missing information or signature(s) will cause a delay in processing your application.

Please mail in your deposits with only money order or cashier’s check to: HCNYC

On the “memo” or “for” line of checks, write: Dept. of Vendors & your booth number

For vendors paying for their booths with checks: We take personal and/or business checks but a $55 fee will occur if you make any returns.
